You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and listings. Posting illegal, harmful, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. See our Prohibited Items Policy.

Dormeco acts only as a facilitator between buyers and sellers on campus. We do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or condition of listed items, and we are not a party to any transaction between users.

• Your first ad post is free.
• Subsequent posts may be charged at ₹10 per post when paid listing features are enabled (see Pricing Policy).
• All such payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a paid ad fee has been charged and the listing is posted, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. See the Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Accounts or listings that violate these terms or our policies may be removed or restricted without prior notice, at our discretion.

Dormeco does not provide shipping. Buyers and sellers are expected to coordinate in-person handovers on or near campus. Users are responsible for verifying items before exchange.

Dormeco is a platform for college hostel students to buy and sell second-hand items locally. Features may include ad posting (with a fee after the first free post when enabled) and tools to communicate between users.

Approval: Where manual review is in place, listings may be reviewed within a typical window (e.g. 3-6 hours). Approved listings may be confirmed by email or in-app status when available.

Rejections: Rejection notifications may not always be sent, especially for obvious policy violations.

Support: Contact us via the in-app help form, WhatsApp, or email if we publish those channels. For faster support, include your pincode, college name, and registered contact details.

Use accurate campus contact information for account-related communication. Payments, once completed, are non-refundable as described in our refund policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India as applicable.
