Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Where a ₹10 (or other) ad posting fee applies after your first free listing, that fee is non-refundable once the payment has succeeded and the listing is posted or the slot is consumed, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

Your first listing on the platform is free when that promotion is active. Additional listings may incur a fee as described in the Pricing Policy.

Dormeco is a platform only. We do not provide refunds for disagreements between buyers and sellers about items, prices, or meetups. Users should resolve issues directly and use caution when meeting in person.

If you cancel before a paid listing fee is charged, no fee applies. If a technical error causes a duplicate charge, contact support with proof; we will review in good faith.
